The Career Training for Disabled Veterans Program helps disabled and wounded veterans start new careers. This is achieved by each individual going through a process of assessment to understand their career goals and providing them with the appropriate training for a position an employer has submitted.

What are the Benefits of the Career Training for Disabled Veterans Program?

Both veterans and employers benefit from this program. Veterans get customized training for open positions employers have available and can re-enter the workforce quickly. Employers get an employee who have the needed job skills.

• Disabled Veterans
• Wounded Warriors
• Surviving Spouses of military casualties
• Veterans

Training/Education Participants

Upon discharge, each veteran undergoes a career assessment. Then we will work with them to provide needed training to pursue their career goals.

Training participants are:

• Innovative Productivity, Inc. “IPI” / McConnell Technology & Training Center “MTTC”
• Kentucky Community and Technical College System “KCTCS”
• Others as needed.
